Chinese Abstract 本研究以量化實證方式,針對國內144所大學院校圖書館之785位館員進行問卷調查,以探討台灣地區大學圖書館的組織創新行為,以及影響大學圖書館組織創新行為的相關因素。研究結果顯示,館員對於大學圖書館之組織創新行為,給予正面肯定,且技術創新表現優於管理創新。其次,館員亦認同大學圖書館之組織氣候有助於促進創新行為。在圖書館組織結構特徵方面,本研究顯示大學圖書館具有中高水準之正式化程度。另外,本研究亦發現,個人決策權對大學圖書館組織創新行為具負向顯著影響。而正式化程度、主管支持、組織鼓勵、資源與學習對組織創新行為具正向顯著影響。
EnglishAbstract In this study, the researcher deployed questionnaire to understand the status quo and factors of organizational innovation behavior of Taiwan’s university libraries. The respondents were 785 librarians served in 144 university libraries. Study results revealed, first, the majority of respondents confirmed organizational innovation in their libraries. Among the innovative events or behaviors, more technical innovations were identified than management innovations were. Second, organizational climate was identified having positive relation to organizational innovations. Third, in terms of organizational structure, the formalization of library universities was positively recognized. Finally, the results suggested that formalization of organization, support of managers, encouragement of organization, and resources and in-service education had significant influence on innovative behaviors. However, the participation in decision making had negative relation to innovational behaviors.
